Bukhara restaurant is Ajman’s jewel of Indian cuisine!
Especially if you know a thing or three about Indian food, I invite you to sample Bukhara’s fare and let me know. And if you can’t tell the difference between a Butter Chicken and a Murgh Makhani, then give it a shot as well!
Either way, Chef Manoj Aswal will make sure you are well-fed and well-satisfied.
He is a man dedicated to excellence, and when you see him in action – since the kitchen has a glass window for you to peek through! – you will clearly see his dedication to bringing the absolute most flavorsome grilled specialities to your table.
And as you look up in delight at your first bite, you will see him smile.
The menu is varied, but not overflowing with a gazillion dishes – it is tailored and kept on laser focus mainly on the tandoor oven.
This style of cooking employs a vertical clay oven, in modern times lit by gas, but traditionally heated by charcoal – and guess which our good Chef uses?
Nothing beats the flavors from a properly-grilled or roasted dish over a real charcoal fire!
And Bukhara really pushes excellence to the limits.
Just as the car that drove us there does.
The Mercedes E 300 Business Edition is excellence on four wheels. The integration of design, connectivity, efficiency and entertainment gives birth to the amazing Mercedes-Benz Intelligent Drive.

At Bukhara, the ambience complements the flavors.
And yes, again, I do take these photos myself.
Privacy corners are everywhere:
And the details in the decor are very well-placed.
Offering a delightful ambience overall,
from the moment you enter, till dessert finds you.
Share a smile with the Chef – he’ll have earned it!
