Sharjah’s most prized beach resort, the Sheraton is a weekend fairyland of Arabian inspiration.
And at its heart, the best designed swimming pool I have had the pleasure to soak in – it is basically like swimming in an oasis, with over 20 mature palm trees casting shade and lovely reflections in the sparkling water: spectacular!
Plus, it is an infinity pool, giving onto the resort’s private beach, and the warm Gulf waters beyond!
Even though it is technically two separate but adjacent pools, the designers have even thought of a third dedicated toddler’s pool, separate, and in complete shade.
Forgive me for going on about the swimming pool facilities, but really they are the best designed in relation to the local weather, and simply the crown jewels on the already impressive Sheraton beach resort!
But the Sheraton Beach Resort & Spa is a lot more than a pool – a luxury resort with rooms facing the sea, the architecture is one of exploring private corners and discovering the many facilities at your disposal.
Within the luxury hotel complex, the rooms are fully-serviced at a five-star level of excellence,
but it was the resort’s restaurants that were really outstanding!
From fresh seafood,
to delicacies inspired by far-away countries,
and superb desserts, even served pool- and beach-side,
up-market burgers, with wagyu beef patties,
exotic mocktails – fresh and refreshing –
to world-class fine-dining at Arjwan restaurant, on an exquisite terrace,
a weekend at the Sheraton Beach Resort & Spa offers a lot more than a swim in the pools and a lazy day at the beach.
The overall experience is one of escape from reality, magically transported into another world, where delicious foods tempt your palate and you swim in crystal-clear shaded oases…
A weekend staycation at Sheraton Beach Resort & Spa is delightful for the whole family, and you won’t want to leave!
