But always impressive, in taste as well as presentation. I would signal the Sassy Lassy.

And dessert is a work of performance art – try the Tiramisu: Italians, please move over and take a seat – this is modern Indian fusion Tiramisu!

This is Bollywood knocking the Valzer out of the ballroom.

And, unbelievably, the Chef and his team are still experimenting!

I guess that’s what creativity is all about: always pushing the boundaries. And I think still there is room to reach full potential – you see, to be truly unique, out-there, on the cutting edge, one must take risks; and despite the extremely delicious fare, I got the feeling that Masti was still preparing for take-off…

Dear Masti, I salute you – chapeau!

You have already excelled at redefining an evening of fine-dining, the foundations of which are purely and traditionally from India; and then, lured by a snake-charmers magical pots and pans and who knows what wizardry of tremendous innovation, transformed into a divine culinary experience of enchanting sight, sound, and absolutely: taste!
