Seafood Night always has a certain ring to it – and Fusion restaurant stepped up to the plate and delivered with flying colors!
With five live cooking stations, and extravagant salads and cold appetizers, an evening of fun and good food is assured.
I’ll start with the details, because a buffet is impressive in its small and focused attention to detail even more than its size in terms of selection.
And at Fusion the details were spot on delicious!
Seafood, naturally, was the evening’s main event, but equally satisfying was the excellent Indian food from the live station, including a quick-cooking tandoor oven.
An inviting selection of chutneys, as well as delicious sauces and curries – and grilled meats.
Vegetarian options were available, too.
At another live cooking station, Asian noodles were king and queen!
And the sushi station also delivered a delightful tone to the evening.
The quality and variety were formidable, particularly when cross-referenced to price.
Yet it was the fresh seafood market stall that stole the show, by offering a vast selection of raw seafood on ice, which you select and hand over to the Chef for instant cooking right before your very eyes.
And so the evening rolls on, from delicacy to delight – and we haven’t even looked at the salad and cold appetizer section!
It deserves more than a look!
Overall, Seafood Night at Fusion restaurant was a gala dinner event of excellent value – and given the standard it operated at, I can’t wait to try the other theme nights!
