Thursday nights bring out the Paella in you!
The ancient Valencian rice dish is one of Spain’s most well-known dishes on the international scene – and for good reason.
And nowhere is better suited at serving out this specialty than The Fish House at the InterContinental Festival City, in Dubai.
A fine-dining seafood restaurant in its own right, The Fish House offers either a mixed seafood paella with or without beef chorizo and thinly-sliced seasoned chicken, accompanied by a carafe of sangria, as a special only on Thursdays.
But there’s nothing stopping you from also ordering a la carte!
The Fish House offers fresh fish market-style, plucked off the ice and prepared according to your preference,
and also a very carefully curated menu of delicacies.
From a crispy-crunchy whitebait starter, with special tahini,
to a giant pot of mussels, with phenomenal creamy sauce with fennel!
And the atmosphere is delightful at The Fish House – both inside and out.
Though it is the paella that rules the evening,
and an exquisite rendition of Grandma’s Apple Pie that crowns the night – absolutely perfect pie crust, and that is a compliment that not many Pastry Chefs in Dubai receive from me.
Overall, The Fish House is one of the prominent seafood specialists at the high end of the culinary scale in Dubai, and their Paella Night is simply an invitation to come out and play – with their delicious fare, they need not ask twice.
