The main attraction were the Indian curries and live grill stations, located outside by the pool, while indoors several buffets were strategically placed.

Traditional Arabian foods were present, including the famed lamb ouzi!

On the plate, the ouzi rice serves as the foundation for a supreme dinner!

And then one adds as per one’s preference… Choices sure lived up to its namesake.

And the delicacies were prepared with due care and attention to detail, presenting bites of yumminess from start to finish.
