The Hilton Dubai the Walk enjoys a vibrant location in Jumeirah Beach Residence, and VERO Italian restaurant is positioned by the central pool and across from Dubai Eye.
The entrance is fantasmagoric!
The dining halls are marvelously spacious, with abundant natural light.
Gracefully decorated, the ambiance is both elegant and chill, with interesting touches of special.
An outdoor shady terrace opens out towards the seaside, with Dubai Eye in the distance – rejoice, as you are spot on in the beating heart of new Dubai!
A fully-stocked bar and wine cellar is also available.
Indeed, the Sunday lunch menu includes a bottle of your choice of red, white, rosé, or sparkling wine at your table!
We chose a fresh and vibrant Pinot Grigio, which came perfectly chilled.
In fact, as expected, the Hilton service was impeccable – what a difference a professional equipe makes!
Mr Jegan Babu, Cluster Restaurant Manager, was on hand, ably supporting his team, and from start to finish it was truly a pleasure to dine at VERO, courtesy of the F&B systems in place at the Hilton Dubai The Walk – second to none!
Desserts are a case in point:
An enticing selection, care of VERO’s pastry chefs!
Presenting a super-delicious cannolo siciliano, and a tiramisu so creamy it was a miracle in itself!
The attention to detail was one of the features that ran through the whole lunch, starting with the selection of very best ingredients.
I’ll leave the discovery of the three-course meal to you, but I’ll just highlight the branzino (sea bass) and garden salad.
Overall, for an all-inclusive Sunday lunch of coastal Italian flavors make a full day out of a visit to VERO restaurant, within the resort complex of the Hilton Dubai the Walk in JBR.
