Coral Dubai Al Barsha invited Mothers and their kids at the Al Nafoora Restaurant to join in World Heart Day. The event was conducted by Chef Razi Dalvi who cooked up a few Healthy Snack recipes, which then mommies and their kiddies prepared.
World Heart Day takes place on September 29th of every year and it is the world’s biggest platform for raising awareness about cardiovascular disease, including heart disease and stroke among all ages. It’s about saying to ourselves and to the people we care about all around the world, “what can I do right now to look after MY HEART… and YOUR HEART?”
On that note, Coral Dubai Al Barsha supported the cause with #whosisyourheart
Besides the lovely and so very important event, Al Nafoora restaurant surprised with an excellent lunchtime meal!
I’m going to start from the desserts, and walk you backwards – because that will highlight just how good a meal Al Nafoora offers.
Raspberry Lover dessert showcased the creativity and attention to detail that goes on in the kitchens.
And it was paired with an ambitious Deconstructed Tiramisu – a winning combination!
Fresh fruit juices participated in World Heart Day.
And the Shish Taouk main course was superbly cooked on the grill, leaving the much-coveted grill-marks and yet remaining soft and moist inside.
The Hammour with a touch of light lemon butter sauce was another great option on the a la carte menu.
And the Rocket salad was fresh and crispy, with a tangy balsamic vinegar-based dressing.
The Lentil Soup came first, and it was hearty and wholesome – served with crispy bread and lemon wedges.
Overall, Al Nafoora operates at a high standard in terms of not only taste but also creativity and preparation in the culinary arts – a wonderful lunch!
