Flow is ahead of the times, a jump into the future, a concept cafe and restaurant – but, most importantly, it serves delicious and nutritious food!

Located in the trendy Emirates Towers, home to such innovation hubs as the Dubai Future Foundations, the Dubai Future Accelerators, and the Youth Center – Flow is comfortable in its role as an extension of this creative free-flow of ideas, offering energy to these bright minds, and in a sense, powering the future.

Three sliders – one more delicious than the other!

Halloumi, butternut squash, and Portobello mushroom, with chili jam, served in a black charcoal bun was the show-stopper – and very tasty!

Also excellent were the sides of sweet potato wedges.

And as you look around in between bites, Flow is a lovely corner of peace, with a lively and airy, even energetic, decor.

Various seating nooks are available, and so conversation freely.. yes, flows!

A small library feeds the mind…

…and a sign proclaims that plastic straws are dead. Instead, only paper-based environmentally-friendly straws are served.

Back to the food! The menu is fresh and inspiring in its approach to combining inventiveness, healthy eating, and plain delicious meals!

Soups are well-represented, with always a surprise offered as the Soup of the Day.

Below, probably one of the most interesting soups I’ve had the pleasure of tasting, and a testament to the creativity that goes on in Flow’s kitchen: White onion soup with celeriac, apple, hazelnut, and thyme crumble.

Coffee selection is awesome, including an overnight cold brew.

And desserts are available, too!

Overall, Flow is a unique and vibrant cafe’, also serving a restaurant-class menu of surprisingly delicious and innovative dishes – a lovely and unique place to explore.
