A totally epic Saturday brunch, The Souk is Dubai’s crown jewel of brunches.
Proudly hosted at Farriers restaurant, The Meydan Hotel, “The Souk” brunch brings together all the je n’est sais quoi of fine Dubai society, within several majestic dining halls as well as outdoors on the terrace facing the racecourse – just in time for the al fresco dining season ahead!
A marvelous setting, the brunch is spread out to provide a sense of unhurried enjoyment, as well as a sense of discovery!
The inside dining hall offers a spectacular selection of appetizers – a brunch in itself.
The attractive little morsels, a winning combination of elegant hors d’oeuvres, stand-alone appetizers, and favorite finger-foods; each delight is a masterpiece of culinary art.
Naturally, all enjoyed with hints of a sophisticated equestrian theme…
And just look at this whole salmon with cucumber scales – what a marvel!
As is fitting, seafood took a leading role in the appetizer section:
And would you believe we are still within the first dining hall – the one dedicated to appetizers!
We still have not explored the main features!!!
In fact, “The Souk” brunch was such a eminent representation of the famed Dubai weekend brunch, that I prefer for you to discover its surprises in first person – and so I will simply further tease with just glimpses of a few corners, such as the fully-stocked cheese section!
Drinks of all types to suit your preferences, with several packages available – and, under-12s on a complementary basis.
with special mention of Mr Williamson’s masterful Espresso Martini!
An entire kids’ section, the envy of any UAE brunch, with supervised entertainment as well as traditional henna!
A desserts and sweets section second to none!
And the main dining hall, with three more complete separate buffet lines, and live stations that I’ve lost count!
And, incredibly, another two fully-set live cooking outdoor stations for Indian grills and tandoor dishes, and Arabian fire-grilled delicacies with meats, vegetables, and bakery items!
And I haven’t even scratched the surface – yours to explore without hesitation!
For a truly epic Saturday brunch at Farriers, The Meydan Hotel, “The Souk” brings together the very best of Dubai cuisines, in a wonderful setting of understated and relaxing luxury – where the whole family and friends may unwind from a busy week and embrace the good times of the weekend within an elegant and refined venue.
