The brunch is set up along the dining hall at Open Sesame restaurant, with a marvelous airy feel and plenty of natural light.

At one end the main buffet,

presenting an eclectic collection of yummies from numerous culinary cultures,

and at the other end, a magnificent selection of desserts!

Several other stations are placed strategically in the space, but I’ll let you discover those on your own!

As a licensed brunch with several creatively-named packages, I’ll simply highlight the colorful Aperol cart, and the fantastic fresh fruit healthy smoothies – you will find all else you desire courtesy of the fully-stocked bar.

But that’s not all!

In fact, the Art Of Brunch is arranged also for table service, care of a vibrant and lively team, whereby surprises appear at your table as if by magic!

Actually, it is the combination of many exquisite dimensions that meet seamlessly together that deliver an exceptional brunch experience – and everything seemed to fall into place perfectly at the Art Of Brunch.

For instance, the dessert buffet was tops – but then you discover there’s a live ice cream station, and also this fountain of delights!

And the attention to detail made every aspect shine with pure joy.

And if that weren’t enough, at the table you could arrange for a surprise with an extra special dessert!

And so this theme of excellence, and then exceeding it with surprises, becomes the ethos of the Art Of Brunch – and you start to notice it throughout.

At your table a platter of mixed grills arrives…

Chicken, beef, lamb, veggie skewers, a delicious wiener, juicy short ribs, dipping sauce… the good people in the Open Sesame kitchens have thought of everything!

The live DJ keeps the tunes just right, but then a talented violinist appears and joins in!

Meanwhile you discover that the biryani is phenomenal, and served with either chicken or lamb in individual portion copper pots, sealed with bread and love!
