Similarly, the Oasis cocktail, clear and a totally different genre, but equal in magically captivating the taste buds: absolutely tip-top bartending!
Besides the hypnotizing excellence of the bar, Above Eleven offers a full menu, based on a juxtaposition of Peruvian and Japanese dishes.

Prepared on the spot at Above Eleven’s live sushi counter, and served at just the right temperature, with a precise attention to detail.
A full-on delicacy, and I wish we had explored the sushi aspect of Above Eleven more, as I feel there is much expertise there, in a humble, under-stated kind of way.
But it was the South American dishes that took center-stage!
Ceviche with fried calamari rings, and traditional corn…
… tempura shrimps… and then mains representing Latin American cuisine.
An interesting collection of black sesame ice-cream and green matcha preparation crowned the dinner, for the sweet caress of dessert.
