Located overlooking the marina and mangrove forests of Eastern Mangrove National Park, right beside the very downtown of Abu Dhabi, a homey Italian weekend brunch awaits at Amano, the fresh Italian kitchen.

Elegant dining halls, with fully-stocked bar, the weekend buffet brunch was well presented.

The service was dignified and friendly, and I’d signal the excellent selection of cocktails, as well as fresh juices.

And the buffet itself spans across various specialities.

Tidy and carefully curated, we appreciated the attention to detail of the courteous staff.

The cuisine was authentic Italian – the pasta al dente, the risotto creamy, and the herbs all spot on…

And although presented as self-service buffet, the quality of the ingredients and the wholesome flavors carried over a la carte to the table, thanks also to the many combination of sauces that were cleverly offered in combination with the dishes.

Additionally, a pizza oven was at the ready to receive your order!
