A selection of cocktails, with a Spritz cart outside, and a full-service bar inside, both fresh juices and house beverages are free-flowing.

The dishes were creative and naturally of Hilton high-standards, from Korean Beef Ribs (melt-in-your-mouth!) to a marvelous selection of cheeses!

And the desserts were simply phenomenal, and testament to the backing of the entire Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah food & bev teams, who are uniquely able to produce such variety of delicious morsels, in such quantities, that is just beyond the capacity of most other Dubai restaurants.

Of equal excellence, the service – the Hilton training and professionalism is second to none, and lead-by-example by senior staff seemed to be the modus operandi, as exemplified by young Ms Poonyawee, Assistant Restaurant Manager, who was everywhere with a ready smile and a few pleasant words!
