And so we had to try…

I actually speak fluent Thai, and from living in Thailand, not from just eating so much Thai food!

And so I can certainly recognize authentic Thai food – so, how would Thai Street restaurant rank?

Well, have a look at the Pad Thai, and you know right away that a Thai Chef prepared it – in fact, wrapped in a thin omelette is pure Thai style, and note the little mounds of dried red chili flakes, sugar, fresh bean sprouts, ground peanuts, and sliced juicy limes arranged on the side – yes, that passes the Thai test!

And the flavors followed the brilliance of the presentation.

And so a delightful meal followed…

A flavorsome curry carried home the flavors of Thailand, and our host explained the secret: the curry paste is made from scratch.

Energetic greens added a different dimension, with a tasty rendition of fast-fried ‘morning glory’ vegetables.

Very healthy for a quick dish, delivered at home!

Also the deep-fried spring rolls were prepared with expertise, look closer: crispy, crunchy, and just so delicious.

And of course no Thai meal is complete without the famous and uniquely Thai papaya salad!

Order it spicy, medium, mild, or Thai-fire, as per your preference.

And while home delivery and take-away is so convenient, Thai Street restaurant also offers two tables for eat-in.

Although it is a humble restaurant, you can be assured of fantastic tasting Thai food!
